Western Region WWTF Elect. Bldg. Progressive Design Build

The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking professional consulting services for the Western Region Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 2 Electrical Building & Resiliency Improvements project. The selected Design-Build Entity will provide design-build services, including permitting, design, construction, commissioning, training, and handover of the project elements. The project includes the construction of a new Main Electrical Building, demolition of the existing Operation/Electrical Building, and other improvements. The Proposer is required to demonstrate experience in design-build services, safety record, bonding capacity, licensure, and design and construction staff experience.
