The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, is performing market research for an upcoming Design-Bid-Build (DBB) requirement entitled "Sollars ES HVAC Upgrades, Misawa Air Base, Japan." The project involves upgrading the existing heating system and adding full building cooling capabilities to include five buildings. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of HVAC systems, removal and replacement of building systems to support the HVAC renovations, and associated site work.
