On-Call Watersheds Asset Management and Stewardship Planning Services

Valley Water is seeking experienced consultants to provide on‑call professional planning, technical, analytical, and facilitation services supporting its watershed asset management and stewardship planning initiatives. The work will be delivered under individual task orders as needs arise, covering a five‑year term with no guaranteed minimum workload. The scope includes updating and maintaining comprehensive watershed asset management plans, conducting condition assessments of creek infrastructure, generating technical studies, creating stewardship planning documents, and supporting the Agency’s Asset Management Planning Tool (AMPT) software. • Provide on‑call updates and refinements to watershed asset inventories and GIS layers. • Conduct condition assessments, life‑cycle cost analysis, and risk‑based prioritization for watershed infrastructure. • Develop and update full or condensed watershed Asset Management Plans (AMPs) and stewardship planning deliverables, including stakeholder engagement materials and facilitation support. • Deliver optional technical services such as hydraulic modeling, civil‑engineering design, and data‑visualization as required by task orders. • Maintain compliance with California regulations, prevailing‑wage rules, and Valley Water’s insurance and reporting requirements.
