Description
The State of Louisiana’s Department of Transportation and Development is soliciting a proprietary purchase of an Inspired Flight IF1200 hexacopter (including controller, batteries, charger, transport case, spare propellers, and a Riegl MiniVUX4 lidar kit) together with one day of on‑site training at DOTD headquarters. Bids must be submitted by email (or fax) no later than 11:59 PM CST on 10 Oct 2026. The solicitation is brand‑specific; no substitutes will be accepted. Delivery must occur Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM, and the UAV must be fully assembled and ready for lidar integration upon delivery. Payment will be via EFT, with standard 30‑day terms. The contract may be extended for up to two additional 12‑month periods (maximum 36 months).
