Request for Annual Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services

Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking annual Statements of Qualifications for professional services for the period of January 12th – December 31st, 2026. The services may be required for engineering, surveying, architecture, land acquisitions, appraisals, IT / cybersecurity consulting, and other related areas. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) is available for download at RWU’s website. One bound copy and one electronic copy of the annual statement of qualifications shall be submitted on or before Friday, January 9th, 2026, by 4:30pm local time. • Professional services may be required for various areas, including engineering, surveying, architecture, land acquisitions, appraisals, IT / cybersecurity consulting, and other related areas. • The RFQ is available for download at RWU’s website. • One bound copy and one electronic copy of the annual statement of qualifications shall be submitted. • Award of contracts shall be on a per-project basis. • Evaluation and selection of firms for any specific project will be made in accordance with the procedures in Ark. Code. Ann §19-11-803 et. seq.
