The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA equipment and services for the DHS On-Net 849 International Drive project. The project includes the provision of network communication equipment, installation, and training services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract has a 1-year warranty and support services. The evaluation criteria include the lowest price and technical proposal. • The contractor must provide product specifications and pricing for the required equipment and services. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required installation and training services. • The contractor must provide a warranty and support plan for the equipment. • The contractor must be a certified small business vendor under the Small Business Reserve (SBR) program. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
