Rehabilitation of Water Well Nos. 3 and 13

The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the rehabilitation of Water Well Nos. 3 and 13 in Montgomery County, Texas. The scope of services includes rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment, associated work to the water well in-ground facility, and other related tasks. The project has an engineer's opinion of probable construction cost of $973,000 and a substantial completion deadline of 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The proposal includes a mandatory pre-submittal conference and site visit, and all questions and inquiries must be submitted through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System.
