Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide water cooler rental and 5-gallon water bottle replacement services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. The supplier will be required to deliver water coolers and 5-gallon water bottles to the specified location, pick up empty bottles when new ones are delivered, and include all fees in their bid. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time.
• The supplier must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
