The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is providing notice of a final settlement with Happel & Associates, Inc. for the construction of a drainage and storm detention improvement at Fort Carson SPBN. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project, and they must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement date. • The project involves the construction of a drainage and storm detention improvement at Fort Carson SPBN. • The final settlement date is November 26, 2025. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency before the final settlement date. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement date will relieve the State of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.
