Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure the EasyMax 102 Advanced Thermostat System, software, and installation on an other-than-full and open competitive basis. This requirement is sole sourced to Mettler-Toledo AutoChem, Inc., the OEM and only distributor of this system/installation, due to compatibility and consistency requirements. • The system is required for compatibility with existing equipment and consistency in testing and data analysis across various command laboratories. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response. • The response should include a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work. • All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000, considering the procurement of a single EasyMax 102 Advanced Thermostat System, software, and installation. The factors influencing this estimate include the complexity of the system, the requirement for compatibility with existing equipment, and the sole-source nature of the procurement. However, without more specific information on the system's cost, this estimate is highly uncertain.
