Preventative Maintenance and Service for Magpix instruments

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Luminex Corporation for the preventative maintenance and service of two MAGPIX RUO instruments. The contractor shall provide essential preventive and emergency maintenance service, software updates and modifications, and telephonic and email remote support. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516. • The contract will be for a base and two option years. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel required to perform services at any location. • The contractor must provide telephonic and email remote support. • The Government is seeking capability statements from interested parties, which will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
