Description
The City of Peachtree Corners is seeking proposals from experienced outdoor, commercial sign contractors to provide design/build construction services for a Town Center Gateway structure. The project includes the design, manufacturing, and installation of a gateway sign, as well as related electrical, structural, and landscaping work. The City is looking for a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate competency and experience in providing these services.
• The project involves the design and construction of a gateway sign with a conceptual design provided by the City.
• The Proposer will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, engineering, fabrication, and installation.
• The City is seeking a Proposer who can provide a comprehensive and professional service, including project management, pre-construction, and construction phase services.
• The project requires compliance with all federal, state, and city regulations and ordinances.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities at its discretion.
