The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a forest statistician to provide consulting services on a contract basis. The consultant will provide input on the statistically sound quantification of forest metrics, including sampling strategies, data collection, data processing, and statistical analysis. The contract term is 26 months, and the total budget for the contract is $60,000. The consultant will work with CARB staff to evaluate forest offset projects for compliance with the Cap-and-Trade Regulation and Compliance Offset Protocols.
