Description
The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking bids for moving services to relocate 138 employees from 1201 Main Street to 1333 Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. The move is anticipated to take place in mid-October 2025. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the move.
• The contractor must have experience in moving office furniture and equipment.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for the move, including a timeline and a list of equipment and personnel needed.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and liability coverage.
• The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor.
• The contractor must be able to provide a certificate of independent price determination.
• The contractor must be able to provide a certification regarding debarment and other responsibility matters.
