Doctrine & Training Support Services

The US Army Special Operations Command is seeking a contractor to provide doctrine and training support services for Irregular Warfare (IW) and Counter Threat Finance (CTF). The contractor will be responsible for developing and revising IW and CTF doctrine and training products, as well as providing instruction services. The contractor will work closely with the Special Operations Center of Excellence (SOCoE) and other Army Centers of Excellence to ensure that the developed products are accurate and synchronized with current doctrine. The contractor will also be required to maintain expertise and currency in required operator level proficiency for Training Development Capability (TDC), Army Training Management System (ATMS) Development Tool, and classified training development systems. Some key responsibilities include: • Conducting research and analysis to create or revise doctrine or training products • Developing and updating existing doctrine to support IW • Coordinating with other Army Centers of Excellence to ensure that tasks are correctly entered into systems of record • Reviewing and recommending approval of doctrine and training products within established timelines • Preparing documents for staffing and approval of new and revised doctrine or training products • Conducting peer review for other developers to ensure the accuracy of doctrine or training products
