MARANA EL RIO DISC GOLF COURSE AND PARKING LOT

The Town of Marana is seeking bids for the construction of the Marana El Rio Disc Golf Course and the El Rio Recreation Area Parking Lot. The project includes the construction of an 18-hole disc golf course, a parking lot, and other related improvements. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. • The disc golf course will feature concrete slab tee boxes, compacted stabilized native soil course path, and a new entry plaza with a monument sign. • The parking lot will include the placement of screened asphalt millings, installation of new concrete flatwork, and application of pavement markings. • The contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits and follow all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a statutory bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. • The contractor will be required to nominate representatives to act on their behalf during the contract period.
