Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase IBM AIX v7 Licensing Software & Subscription for a term of 12 months, from 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes the provision of IBM AIX v7 software and support. The evaluation criteria will be based on the low bid, and the award will be made to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid.
• The bid submission instructions require bidders to submit their bids electronically through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
