REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK FIRMS - ARTHUR & POLLY MAYS CONSERVATORY OF THE ARTS AND PINE VILLA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - UNIFICATION, ADDITION, RENOVATIONS, REMODELING AND K-12 CONVERSION

The Miami-Dade County Public Schools is seeking a Construction Management at-Risk firm for the unification, addition, renovations, remodeling, and K-12 conversion of the Arthur & Polly Mays Conservatory of the Arts and Pine Villa Elementary School. The project aims to create a modern, sustainable, and state-of-the-art campus that supports advanced visual and performing arts programs. The selected firm will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, validating the program, and providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project. • The project must be designed and constructed in compliance with State Requirements for Educational Facilities, the Florida Building Code, and other relevant regulations. • The project must incorporate green/sustainable/high-performance design elements and low-energy usage features. • The successful Construction Management at-Risk firm will be commissioned to provide pre-construction services during all phases of the A/E's design services. • The firm must provide a report that includes evaluation of existing conditions, scope of work, cost estimate, and construction schedule.
