Description
The State of California Department of Rehabilitation is soliciting bids for the supply, delivery, installation, programming and training of twelve new cold‑drink vending machines to replace existing units at Corcoran State Prison. The contract also requires removal or trade‑in of the twelve existing machines, provision of warranty information, and compliance with a suite of state certifications (SB/DVBE, post‑consumer‑recycled‑content, Darfur Act, sanctions, etc.). Quotes must be emailed to the procurement analysts and must include detailed pricing on the DR‑815 form, along with all required certifications.
• Provide 12 newly manufactured vending machines (liquid dispensing) with full set‑up, programming, and on‑site training.
• Include freight (FOB Destination), installation labor, warranty, and either a trade‑in value for the 12 old machines or a recycling plan with barcode documentation.
• Meet extensive statutory compliance (SB/DVBE, post‑consumer‑recycled‑content, Darfur Contracting Act, Executive Order N‑6‑22, Federal debarment, GenAI disclosure) and submit all required forms with the bid.
