Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide services for the Lake Roosevelt Forum, including writing, designing, printing, and mailing newsletters, as well as maintaining a website and hosting conferences. The contractor will be responsible for advising the public of lake level forecasts and Grand Coulee Dam operations and management activities. The period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, with options to extend. The key services include:
• Writing and editing articles and promotional pieces for the newsletter
• Designing and laying out the newsletter
• Printing and distributing the newsletter
• Maintaining and updating the website and email list
• Hosting conferences and planning events
The contractor must comply with various federal regulations and clauses, including those related to labor standards, environmental protection, and equal opportunity.
