Executive Search and Recruitment Services

The Houston Community College System is seeking proposals for executive search and recruitment services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing executive search and recruitment services to the college. The scope of work includes identifying and recruiting candidates for executive positions, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations to the college. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, with the option to renew for an additional 180 days. The college reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. • The contractor must have experience in executive search and recruitment services. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive search process, including identifying and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed report on the search process, including the number of candidates identified, interviewed, and recommended. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for ensuring diversity and inclusion in the search process. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for evaluating the effectiveness of the search process.
