Program Year 2026 National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) Housing Services

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is issuing this guidance to explain the requirements and procedure to receive Program Year (PY) 2026 National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) allotments and to apply for an optional PY 2026 NFJP Youth Services Grant. The ETA will issue all NFJP awards as soon as possible following the receipt of applications so that funds are available to support continued operations of program activities. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The application process and required documents, such as the SF-424 and Budget Narrative. • The funding restrictions, including administrative cost limitations and minimum spending requirements on employment and training services. • The performance requirements, including quarterly performance reports and financial reports. • The risk review process and modification process for grantees. Some of the key points to consider are: • Eligible applicants are current NFJP Housing grantees. • The total funding available for Housing Services grants is $6,539,000. • Grantees must submit their applications through Grants.gov within 30 days of the publication of this TEGL. • The period of performance for the awards will be 15 months, from July 1 to September 30 of the subsequent calendar year.
