25-258 Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services at the Oakland Claremont DMV Field Office.

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Oakland Claremont DMV field office. The contract term is 36 months, and the services shall be performed during non-DMV business hours. The contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform property sweeping on paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles. The contractor shall also perform property pressure washing services using own water source and an appropriate output in pounds per square inch (PSI) to not damage surface being cleaned. • The services include sweeping and pressure washing of paved surfaces, sidewalks, walkways, and curbs within and next to parking lots and driveways. • The contractor shall remove oil spills, trash, and debris from paved surfaces and dispose of them offsite. • The contractor shall provide a completed Maintenance Log document with each invoice for payment, confirming completion of all required sweeping and pressure washing tasks. • The contractor shall ensure that all services are performed in compliance with all city and county noise abatement laws, ordinances, and regulations.
