Navarre Beach Event Hall and Boardwalk Complex

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Navarre Beach Event Hall and Boardwalk Complex. The project includes the construction of a multi-use event hall, retail shops, food truck plaza, public restroom, and beach walkover, as well as associated site improvements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, temporary facilities, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, coordination, mobilization, demobilization, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. • The event hall will include structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, utilities, covered porch, elevated boardwalk sections, ramps, stairs, railings, and associated site improvements. • The retail shops will include shade canopies, associated elevated boardwalk, ramps, stairs, railings, utilities, associated site improvements, and all circulation areas necessary for a complete installation. • The food truck plaza will include a platform, shade canopy, food truck utility connections, concrete platform, associated site improvements, and all related work necessary to provide a complete operational facility. • The public restroom will include an ADA-compliant beach walkover, associated elevated boardwalk, ramps, stairs, railings, utilities, associated site improvements, and all circulation areas required to provide a complete and operational facility. • The beach walkover will include an ADA-compliant walkway, associated elevated boardwalk, ramps, stairs, railings, utilities, associated site improvements, and all circulation areas required to provide a complete and operational facility.
