Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for multiple county parks on an annual contract with two optional one‑year renewals. The work includes routine mowing, edging, blowing, trash removal, seasonal leaf cleanup, hand‑weeding, limited shrub pruning (trees under 18 ft), and licensed pesticide applications. Services are scheduled weekly from March through October and bi‑weekly November through February, with strict reporting requirements (service reports and pesticide logs within 24 hours). The contractor must field at least three crews (minimum three members per crew), supply all labor, equipment, and safety gear, maintain a 4‑hour response time to County communications, and provide extensive insurance coverage (minimum $2 M CG‑L, $1 M auto, workers’ comp, umbrella, etc.).
