Description
The North Carolina A&T State University is seeking a vendor to provide new, high-quality marching band uniforms for 350 bandsmen, 10 drum majors, and 28 staff members. The uniforms must be consistent in design, color, and construction, and aligned with the University's branding and performance standards. The vendor must provide comprehensive sizing options, measurement, fitting, and alteration processes to ensure proper fit for all members. The final, completed uniforms must be delivered within 14 weeks from the date the Purchase Order is issued, and no later than July 15, 2026.
• The uniforms must be made of durable, performance-grade materials suitable for outdoor marching, repeated wear, and laundering.
• The uniforms must be designed to allow freedom of movement, comfort, and proper fit for all assigned users.
• The vendor must provide a production and delivery schedule upon award.
• The vendor must demonstrate the ability to meet the deadline and provide a plan for packaging and delivery.
• The vendor must provide at least three references for similar contracts.
• The vendor must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions stated in the RFQ.
