Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to remodel resident kitchen spaces in Building 42 of the Salisbury VA Medical Center. The work includes demolition of existing casework, counters, flooring, cove base, select lighting, and wall protection, followed by installation of new modular casework and finishes while preserving existing plumbing and electrical systems. The contractor must comply with VA infection‑control, safety, and security requirements, provide all labor, tools, equipment, and PPE, and coordinate to minimize disruption to resident care.
• Demolition of existing kitchen finishes and casework.

• Full compliance with VA infection‑control, OSHA, and badge‑access protocols; all work performed Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm.
