The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait is seeking a contractor to provide lighting, stage, and sound setup for an Independence Day event. The event will be held on March 31, 2026, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel. The scope of work includes setting up a stage, providing lighting and sound equipment, and installing LED screens. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a photo booth and decorative elements for the VIP area. The embassy will provide the stage platform, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all other bill of materials.
