Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn and grounds maintenance services for the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission facility in Montgomery. The scope includes regular grass cutting and trimming throughout the growing season, edging of all walkways and concrete areas, bi‑monthly debris removal, shrub pruning, mulching, and seasonal mulch installation. Services are required continuously from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027.
• Grass mowing, trimming, and edging on a scheduled basis
• Bi‑monthly leaf, trash, and debris removal from decks and concrete areas
• Shrub pruning (four times per year or as needed) and spring mulch installation
• Ongoing weed control in mulched shrub beds and general grounds upkeep throughout the contract period
