Sole Source Contract for Star Safire 380 HDc Imaging System Maintenance

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Teledyne FLIR Defense Inc. for a 1-year service maintenance agreement for a Star Safire 380 HDc imaging system used on SLED's helicopters. The agreement includes material and labor for repair to the aging imaging system, 100% coverage for parts and labor caused by normal wear and tear, a 5% discount for upgrades, and priority stock parts and repair queue.
