Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not specify an administration fee, but the fund totals about $2 million with annual disbursements of $700 k. Typical fund‑administration fees range from 5‑15 % of total fund value. Assuming a 5‑15 % fee, the contractor could earn roughly $100 k‑$300 k over the contract period. This estimate accounts for the size of the fund, the scope of management services required, and standard industry fee structures for similar grant‑administration contracts.
