The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), through its operating agencies, owns, operates and oversees the largest public transportation system in North America, providing 5.5 million rides on an average weekday on its subway, bus, and commuter railroad systems and over 900,000 daily crossings on its tolled facilities.
MTA is issuing the Request for Information (RFI) no. 16147 to gather information from qualified firms on Acquiring, Gateway and Orchestration Services in anticipation of conducting a formal solicitation process.
