Description
The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and conference room facilities for three CREDO Personal Resiliency Retreats in 2026. The contractor must provide 23 single rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a conference room with equipment, and catering services for the duration of each event. The events will take place in April, June, and September 2026, and the contractor must ensure that all facilities and services meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must provide a four-star hotel or equivalent accommodations within 50 kilometers of Chania Town Center.
• The contractor must provide a conference room with a minimum floor area of 80-90 square meters, equipped with tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment.
• The contractor must provide catering services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a variety of options and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
• The contractor must ensure that all facilities and services are available for the duration of each event, with a late checkout option for participants and staff.
