The NYPD Equipment Section is seeking a qualified vendor to manufacture and supply custom “Traffic Polo Short‑Sleeve Shirts” that meet Specification #679 (Rev. 04/01/2026). The contract is a three‑year base period with up to two optional two‑year renewals, allowing the department to order between 1,000 and 3,000 shirts per year at the quoted unit price. Vendors must submit a physical sample with their sealed bid, and all deliveries must occur within a strict weekday time window after sample approval.
• Provide 100 % polyester, medium‑blue polo shirts built to detailed construction, patch, lettering, and labeling standards.
• Supply 1,000‑3,000 shirts annually (up to 3,000 total) over a 3‑year base term, with optional extensions.
• Deliver within 6‑8 weeks of sample approval, during designated 9 AM‑12 PM and 1 PM‑3 PM delivery windows, with prior 24‑hour notice.
• Include a compliant sample with the bid; failure to do so results in automatic rejection.
