Description
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is seeking to continue receiving maintenance and technical support services for the Florida Regional Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) system. The system integrates data from various sources, including RMS, JMS, CAD, pawn systems, and registries. Peraton, Inc. is the only entity authorized to perform maintenance and support on the LInX system, and the FDLE is requesting to continue receiving these vital services through a single source procurement. The services include preventive maintenance, system administration, and proprietary software support.
