Description
The project consists of the addition of 1,338 sq.ft. to an existing restroom building adjacent to the softball field, a new entry plaza, and bleachers. The addition will include a concession stand, 2nd floor press box, changing rooms, and family restroom. Additionally, storage rooms in the dugouts will be converted to toilet rooms.
• The project requires construction services, including demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• The project has a construction cost range of $775,000 to $1,125,000.
