John Galvin Park Water Treatment Plant Upgrades (UT1089)

The City of Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineers to provide Professional Design Services for the John Galvin Park Water Treatment Plant Upgrades. The scope of work includes a feasibility study and preliminary design report to make recommendations for achieving project goals, such as enabling simultaneous and continuous operation of Wells No. 44 and 52, and upgrading the IX treatment plant's technology to reduce nitrate, perchlorate, and PFAS concentrations. • The proposal should include an executive summary, table of contents, identification of proposer, staffing resources, fiscal stability, experience and technical competence, proposed method to accomplish the work, fee proposal, insurance, and litigation history. • The City will evaluate proposals based on criteria including clarity and conformance of proposal, content, proposer's experience and performance, team members' experience and performance, fee proposal, and reference comments. • The selected proposer will be required to negotiate a mutually agreeable agreement with the City.
