Description
The Mississippi Division of Medicaid is seeking offers from qualified entities to provide professional services related to independent external medical reviews for State Fair Hearings and/or State Administrative Hearings. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing expert medical review services to support the division's decision-making process. The scope of work includes conducting thorough reviews of medical records and providing written reports of findings. The vendor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in the field.
• The vendor must submit their bid electronically through a SharePoint site by the deadline of December 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
• The vendor must provide a mandatory letter of intent by November 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
• The vendor must attend a pre-bid conference on November 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
• The vendor must submit written questions by November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
