Custom Office Trailer

The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting bids for a custom office trailer. The trailer should be 8.5’ x 24’ in size, with an interior height of 7.5 feet. It should have an aluminum exterior with a dark grey color, and an insulated interior with white aluminum walls and ceiling. The trailer should also have a rear ramp door, an RV-style side door, and three RV windows with screens. The interior should have fold-down countertops, upper cabinets, and base cabinets, all with latching doors. The trailer should also have an electrical package with at least 14 receptacles, an A/C and heat package, and LED lighting. The trailer should be delivered to 1355 Kansas Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. • The trailer should have a trailer size of 8.5’ x 24’ enclosed V-nose • The interior height should be 7.5 feet • The exterior wall material and color should be aluminum with dark grey or similar • The trailer should have an exterior stone guard, black 24" down both sides, front, and across the rear • The interior wall covering should be white aluminum or other finished white surface material • The walls and ceiling should be insulated • The floor covering should be RTP black flooring • The trailer should have four floor-mounted D-rings • The rear ramp door should be covered with RTP black flooring • The trailer should have an RV-style side door with a screen, 36"W • The trailer should have three RV windows with screens on the sides • The trailer should have approximately 20 feet of fold-down countertops in the interior along both sides, mounted at 29”H • The trailer should have approximately 7 feet of upper cabinets with latching doors in the interior towards the front on both sides • The trailer should have base cabinets and upper cabinets installed in the interior front V-nose, with latching doors, in black • The trailer should have an electrical package with at least 14 total receptacles installed in the interior above countertops, along both sides, and front • The trailer should have an A/C and heat package with a thermostat • The trailer should have interior lighting, full length, LED • The trailer should have exterior lighting, LED, all sides • The trailer should have trailer axles with brakes, two 5,200lb torsion axles, D-rated to 9,999 lbs • The trailer should have trailer wheels and tires, mag wheels with matching spare included • The trailer should have stabilizer jacks, all four corners • The trailer should have two 18-foot awnings mounted on the exterior, one on each side • The trailer should have an electric tongue jack
