Description
The 126th Air Refueling Wing requires the installation of bird netting and curtains for two outdoor storage facilities. The contractor must provide all necessary management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to complete the removal of the existing system, installation of an industrial roll-up curtain system and rafter bird netting, and biohazard material sanitization. The project duration is estimated to be 90 calendar days after contract award.
• The contractor must review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in its entirety to ensure their quotes fully address all technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide a technical narrative demonstrating their understanding of the requirement, including a proposed schedule for completing the work within the 90-day period of performance.
• The contractor must provide information on any considered subcontractors and a description of the work they will perform.
• The contractor must provide a completed pricing sheet for CLIN 0001, to include a price breakdown explicitly showing bird netting/curtain install, biohazard abatement/disposal, and other relevant costs.
