The USDA‑APHIS is seeking qualified vendors to design, fabricate, deliver, and support up to ten portable vehicle wash stations that can be towed by a 1‑ton truck, operate in rugged rural environments, and incorporate water capture, disinfection, and optional training components. The stations must be commercially off‑the‑shelf, fully automated, capable of operating without material handling equipment, and meet specified performance milestones (first unit within 60 days of award, full delivery within 180 days).
