Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for Armed Guard Services for the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The successful bidder will provide armed security guard services as specified in the solicitation.
• The bidder must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid.
• The bidder must include all required files and attachments with their bid response.
• The bidder must certify compliance with all instructions, terms, and conditions.
• The bidder must agree to abide by the requirements of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable laws.
• The bidder must provide descriptive information for any equivalent brand or model proposed.
• The bidder must indemnify and hold harmless the State of Louisiana, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims or actions.
