Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide pre-vacuum sterilizer cleaning and medical/dental instrument inspection, sharpening, maintenance, and repair services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center and the Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic. The services will include on-location instrument service, which will involve the inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, drying, and lubrication of various medical and dental instruments. The vendor will also be required to sharpen, adjust, and align the instruments as needed.
• The services will be provided for a variety of medical and dental instruments, including forceps, scissors, elevators, and probes.
