Visual Design Enterprise License

The County of Orange is seeking bids for a Visual Design Enterprise License. The license should provide access to a subscription-based design platform service through Canva or equivalent, used to create digital and print-ready graphics, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials for the County of Orange Executive Office and participating departments. The contractor shall provide annual subscription access for the number of authorized County users designated by the County Project Manager, cloud-based access via web browser and mobile application, brand management, templates and assets, collaboration tools, storage and file management, security and compliance, and training and support. • User Licenses: Provide annual subscription access for the number of authorized County users designated by the County Project Manager. • Platform Access: Cloud-based access via web browser and mobile application. • Brand Management: Upload and maintain official County logos, color palettes, and fonts, ensure shared brand kits are available for all licensed users. • Templates & Assets: Access to premium templates, stock photos, videos, icons, and graphics, capability to create, share, and edit templates within teams. • Collaboration Tools: Real-time editing and commenting features, role-based permissions for administrators, editors, and viewers. • Storage & File Management: Cloud storage for all projects with shared team folders, download/export options in multiple formats. • Security & Compliance: Support single sign-on (SSO) or secure user authentication, compliance with applicable data protection and accessibility standards. • Training and Support: Access to online tutorials, user guides, and customer support, optional onboarding assistance for team setup and management.
