Nogales Instrumentation

This solicitation seeks a single firm‑fixed‑price turnkey contractor to provide, install, integrate, calibrate, test, train, and turn over a complete Hach wastewater process instrumentation package at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico, Arizona. The award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation; the contractor must supply genuine Hach sensors, controllers, accessories, and WarrantyPlus service coverage, and manage all field work, manufacturer startup, and documentation. The performance period is 180 calendar days from award. <br/>• Provide all specified Hach instruments and WarrantyPlus service plans. <br/>• Perform site verification, mounting, plumbing, electrical, and conduit work. <br/>• Coordinate manufacturer startup, calibration, loop checks, and functional testing. <br/>• Deliver operator training and complete turnover documentation. <br/>• Meet LPTA criteria – lowest price among technically acceptable offers.
