Description
The purpose of this requirement is to procure a commercial, enterprise-wide software site license and associated technical support services for Clarivate EndNote in support of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Science Quality and Library Services. The contract will include site-wide access to EndNote capabilities, with expected deliverables such as site licenses, upgrades to newer versions, live training, and free 24/7 technical support. The period of performance will be from 05/20/2026 to 05/19/2027, with option years from 05/20/2027 to 05/19/2028 and 05/20/2028 to 05/19/2029.
• Site Licenses include upgrades to newer versions of EndNote at no additional cost
• All users can install on up to three of their personal machines in addition to iPad and iPhone
• EndNote 20 will be included free of charge
• Live training will be scheduled alongside a training landing page for the CDC
• Free 24/7 technical support and training
• Remote usage will be accepted
