Description
The Muscogee County School District seeks a Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CM‑AR) to deliver the Hardaway High School Rear Entry Drive Upgrade, encompassing extensive site‑work (paving, retaining walls, utility relocation, storm‑drain, grading), minor interior construction, and full ADA and local‑code compliance. The CM will provide pre‑construction services—cost estimating, constructability analysis, phasing, scheduling, and value‑engineering—to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), then manage construction through to substantial completion by June 30 2027. The procurement is competitive, mandatory pre‑bid conference, sealed‑bid submission, and evaluation weighted on stability, experience, management plan, past performance, and fee.
