Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide lab numbered pads. The pads should have 100 forms each, with a total of 7,600 forms. The contractor must provide the pads with a specific trim size, paper quality, and printing requirements. The pads will be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor must deliver the completed pads by January 30, 2026. The contract also requires the contractor to provide an Adobe Acrobat PDF proof and to notify the ordering agency when the product ships. • Number sheets consecutively in red ink from 001 to 100 in two locations
