Description
The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking bids for the provision of new and unused Zeiss microscopes and accessories. The contract will be for a period of one year with five one-year renewal options. The contractor must be an authorized seller or reseller of Carl Zeiss Microscopes and provide a warranty of at least one year for parts and labor. The contractor must also have the capability to set up and demonstrate the manufacturer's entire microscope line at no extra charge.
• The contract will exclude electron, atomic force, tapping probe, confocal, super resolution, and surgical microscopy.
• Payment terms shall be NET 30 days.
• The contractor must quote only on Zeiss' list price less a percentage basis.
• The contractor must have the capability to set-up and demonstrate the manufacturer's entire microscope line that you are quoting and be able to do this at no extra charge when deliveries are made.
• The contractor must quote on a F.O.B. delivered basis to the University location specified at the time of order placement.
