Description
The Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking a food service management vendor to provide auxiliary food services for students, faculty, staff, employees, visitors, and invited guests. The successful proposer will be responsible for managing the dining hall, providing catering services, and operating retail food services on campus. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional years. The proposer must provide a detailed technical and narrative response regarding their ability to provide the required services, including menu options, pricing, and staffing.
Some key points to consider:
• The dining hall is open Monday-Friday from 7:00-9:00 am, 11:00 am-1:00 pm, and 5:00-7:00 pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 am-1:00 pm and 5:00-7:00 pm.
• The proposer must provide catering services for special functions and events on campus.
• The proposer must maintain accurate and comprehensive accounting of operations and provide regular financial reports to the college.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and college policies.
